A gathering of Pinoy-Emiratis joined the move furor and made an adaptation of it the Arab way.
In a meeting with The Filipino Times, the four companions behind the video would not like to recognize their names. They said they appreciate the move challenge as much as Filipinos do.

In the video, three of them can be seen cutting in different spots. One of them was the person who shot their music video.
They transferred their video on the Facebook page, “Mga Arabong Pasaway”.
They took the test to the following level by moving ‘Tala’ when they wake up, in the market, at the ice skating arena, and even on the elevator.
The Pinoy-Emiratis were not overwhelmed by the flood as they have accepted it to the boulevards also.
They revealed to TFT that they arranged the whole move video all alone and shot the recordings in different spots including Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
“We were planning on doing that dance note but [our] mindset and our zeal put [and made it] funny and enjoyable [when] watching [the] video so that’s what we did … We made it new and funny. thought to change that dance note, ” one of the four Pinoy Emirati told TFT.
“We grew up in two cultures, Emirati on the father side and Pinoy on the mother side,” he described, saying that they needed to hold onto their Filipino roots also regardless of whether they had burned through a large portion of their lives in the UAE.
